Introducing Organizations: Collaborative Media Intelligence for Teams

We're excited to announce Organizations, a new B2B multi-tenancy feature that enables teams to collaborate on media intelligence with shared libraries and consolidated billing. Organizations bring the power of Echosaw to entire teams, not just individual users.

Shared Media Libraries

With Organizations, team members share a single media library. When one member uploads or analyzes media, it becomes available to everyone in the organization. This eliminates the silos that form when each team member maintains their own separate account and media collection. Teams can build a collective intelligence asset that grows over time.

Role-Based Access Control

Organizations implement a clear permission hierarchy through role-based access control:

• Owner — Full control over the organization, including billing management, member invitations, and all settings. There can only be one owner per organization.
• Admin — Can manage members and organization settings, but cannot transfer ownership or delete the organization.
• Member — Full access to the shared media library and can perform analyses, but cannot manage other members or change organization settings.
• Viewer — Read-only access to the media library (view and search, but cannot upload or analyze).

This tiered access model ensures that teams can collaborate effectively while maintaining appropriate governance over who can make changes.

Consolidated Billing

One of the biggest advantages of Organizations is simplified billing. Instead of managing multiple subscriptions and reconciling separate invoices, the entire team operates under a single subscription. All analysis usage by every member bills to the organization's subscription at the same metered rate. There are no per-seat fees—unlimited team members can join without increasing your base subscription cost.

Getting Started

Any paid subscriber (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Agency) can create an organization from their Account page or via the /organization page. The creator automatically becomes the owner. From there, owners and admins can invite members by email. New members receive an invite link and can accept with a single click—no separate account creation required.
