Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of echosaw.com (the “Site”) and the Echosaw Media Intelligence product (“Echosaw” or “the Product”), operated by Orange Sky Software Inc. (“Orange Sky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Site and Product.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Echosaw only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Permitted uses include:

  • Uploading, submitting, or connecting media you own or have the right to analyze
  • Generating and using intelligence reports, transcripts, summaries, and other outputs for your internal business or personal purposes
  • Accessing the Echosaw REST API and MCP integration programmatically with valid credentials and in accordance with the API Terms
  • Sharing access within your organization through Organization features as permitted by your subscription plan
3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site or Product to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or that violates any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
  • Upload or process content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors in any form
  • Engage in unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge or consent where required by law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, Product, or related systems, networks, or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or availability of the Site or Product for other users
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except through authorized API access with valid credentials
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or AI models of Echosaw
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Site or Product without prior written authorization
  • Use Echosaw or its outputs to develop, train, or improve any competing product or service
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, authentication controls, or billing mechanisms
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Site or Product
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
4. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, or process through Echosaw. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content you submit as set forth in the Terms of Service.

Echosaw includes automated content moderation and safety detection. Content flagged by our systems may be subject to review, restriction, or removal. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe a violation of this AUP has occurred.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning or notification of the violation
  • Temporary suspension of access to the Site or Product
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Removal of content that violates this AUP
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including cooperation with law enforcement. Orange Sky is not liable for any action taken to enforce this AUP.

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. Continued use of the Site or Product after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. Material changes will be communicated via email or posting on the Site.
